7 Mos Headshots

We've let the blog fall by the wayside at this point (November...), totally overburdened with caring for our two overly-energetic girls, not to mention the whole real estate obsession. So I/we'll be inserting some backdated photos and memories, to the extent we can even remember anything! So much of the fun is in the little details, which have probably already been largely forgotten. Thank goodness for our itchy trigger fingers with the cameras and date stamping at least.

Here's a few headshots of Zoe at 7 months, taken at 360 Lake St. A happy and engaging character to be sure..!

3-Month Headshots

Zoe hit the 3-month mark today, so I thought it would be fun to do a little photoshoot earlier this week to show how she's lookin' and what she's been up to this last month. Needless to say, she is as cute as ever, which reminds me just how fun three months is because babies are still small(ish) - maybe around 14 lbs by now? - very smiley and interactive, starting to look more like their future selves, and they can't yet get into too much trouble! Of course, not being in control of their destiny can certainly be frustrating, and Zoe definitely gets frustrated when she's not being supported so she can stand up, or even when we leave the room. I'm thinking that, like Hannah, she is going to be a pretty social kid because she loves company! Fortunately for her, she's had plenty of that with the grandparents who've all been in town since early January. Hopefully she hasn't gotten too spoiled! I already spend a lot of time just walking around with her in the Bjorn, which she prefers to playing by herself most of the time.

Super smiley, especially on the changing table. She LOVES getting undressed - maybe because she thinks there's a bath in her future!

She's been very focused on getting her entire fist into her mouth, to the point of often gagging herself.
We can't wait for her to find her thumb!
(She won't take a pacifier.)

Packing on the pounds and chubby wrinkles, and her eyelashes have come in too!
