Card Games with Chris Eng
Hannah, a couple weeks ago, your friend and neighbor, Chris Eng, taught you how to play a new card game! Concentration! Since you like to play a similar game on Mommy's iPhone, you are already pretty good at the card game version... Since Chris taught you, you like to play this game whenever you see your deck of cards.
Chris Eng also plays a mean game of Go-Fish, and you love playing with him. Chris will ask you, "HANNAH, do you have a... Kangaroo jumping on a red pogo stick?" and you will say emphatically, "NO, GO FISH." Every time you tell him to "GO FISH!" Chris puts his hand on his knee, or he rolls his eyes or shrugs his shoulders, and then he moans, "Awwwww Jeeeeeeesh" or "Awwwwwwwww Shoot" or "Awwwww MAN" and you think that is just hilarious. Now, you have also taken to exhaling in a big sigh, saying "Awwwwwww man.. Oooohkaaaaay" along with a little shoulder shrug whenever you have to go fish. And then you smile, and laugh.
Hannah, you love playing with Chris so much that you like to ask me often, "Daddy can we go visit Chris Eng at his House some time?" Yes, maybe we can visit him down the street some time soon! Don't forget to bring your cards!
